Tubman Family Alliance & Chrysalis, A Center for Women is a pioneer in family violence prevention services and chemical and mental health counseling. The merged organization officially came into existence July 1, 2007, with both agencies bringing over 30 years of experience helping people make positive changes in their lives. As Minnesota’s premier service provider in these areas, Tubman & Chrysalis serves over 46,000 people annually in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.

With a $10 million budget and 150 employees, the agency operates over 25 programs for men, women, and children and the community at large, in Washington, Hennepin and suburban Ramsey Counties.

In addition to legal advocacy and short-term crisis shelter, Tubman offers a full continuum of domestic violence prevention, chemical and mental health counseling, and child and family support services.
